MAP Policy at a Glance
- MAP is the lowest price at which a covered product may be advertised — you remain free to set your own actual selling price.
- “Advertising” covers websites, marketplaces, paid search, comparison engines, social media, email/text campaigns, and print/broadcast media.
- Pricing shown only at the final checkout stage (in-cart, with customer & payment details) is not considered advertising.
- Violations follow a tiered ladder: warning, warning, 90-day shipping hold, then termination of authorized status.
- This is a unilateral, non-negotiable policy — not a price-fixing agreement. You independently choose whether to comply.
