Yes. The No-Siphon Promise is our anti-theft guarantee: if fuel is siphoned or contaminated through a fuel fill secured by a properly installed, registered RV Fuel Vault, we reimburse your insurance deductible up to $500. It requires product registration, correct fitment and installation, a filed police report, and a filed insurance claim. It is offered in addition to the Limited Lifetime Warranty and 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

What the No-Siphon Promise covers

The RV Fuel Vault is engineered to lock your fuel cap away from thieves and stop siphoning and contamination at the fill. We stand behind that engineering with the No-Siphon Promise.

If fuel is siphoned, drained, or contaminated through the fuel fill that is protected by a correctly installed, registered RV Fuel Vault, we will reimburse your insurance deductible up to $500 once your claim is settled. It is our way of putting our money where our product is — and it applies in addition to your Limited Lifetime Warranty and 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

What you need to qualify

All four conditions must be met for a claim to be eligible.

1. Register your product

Complete product registration after purchase so your Vault is on file with the date and vehicle it protects.

2. Correct fitment & install

The Vault must be installed on a confirmed-fitment vehicle using the supplied tamper-resistant hardware, per the AMI Installation Guide.

3. File a police report

Report the fuel theft, siphoning, or vandalism to law enforcement and keep a copy of the report number.

4. File an insurance claim

Submit a claim to your insurance carrier for the loss. We reimburse your deductible up to $500 once the claim is settled.

Scope & limitations

The No-Siphon Promise is limited to fuel loss or contamination that occurs through the fuel fill protected by the RV Fuel Vault. It does not cover:

Fuel stolen by drilling or puncturing the fuel tank.
Fuel stolen by cutting, tapping, or disconnecting a fuel line or hose.
Fuel taken from a second or auxiliary fill port that is not protected by an installed RV Fuel Vault.
Losses where the Vault was not installed correctly, was not registered, or was left unlocked or unsecured.
Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages beyond the stated deductible reimbursement.

Reimbursement is capped at $500 per covered event and is paid as a reimbursement of your insurance deductible after your claim is settled — it is not a cash payout, insurance product, or service contract. This guarantee does not replace or reduce your rights under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
