You may return your RV Fuel Vault within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at [email protected] or call 1.941.732.0452 to request a Return Authorization.
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all authorized returns within the Continental United States.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive the returned product.

Warranty Claims

The RV Fuel Vault comes with a Limited Lifetime Product Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the vehicle on which it was originally installed. If your product is defective, contact us and we will replace it at no cost to you — regardless of whether the 30-day return window has passed.
