What is The RV Fuel Vault?
A Made-in-USA, bolt-on locking fuel door that covers the factory fuel fill on motorhomes, fifth wheels and trailers with on-board fuel ports. It installs in 8–15 minutes with basic hand tools, and locking security screws are included in the box with every door.
Which RVs on my lot does it fit?
Most motorhomes and fifth wheels and trailers with on-board fuel ports: Class C on the Ford E-350/E-450, gas Class A on the Ford F53 and Workhorse, Super C on the Ford F-550/F-600, Ram 5500 (gas) and Freightliner S2RV, plus toy haulers and fifth wheels with a generator fuel station. How do dealers make money with it?
Four ways: install it at PDI and include it in the deal, add it in F&I with other protection products, sell it over the parts counter to owners who walk in, and turn broken factory fuel doors in the service lane into a 15-minute upsell. Your dealer cost and margin are on your price sheet after approval.
Is pricing protected?
Yes. Every authorized dealer agrees to a uniformly enforced Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, and we monitor advertised pricing across websites and marketplaces. MAP is the lowest advertised price; you are free to set your own selling price in store.
What does a new dealer start with?
Most dealers start with the New Dealer 6-Pack: 3 large and 3 small doors with a free POS counter display, a free counter mat, brochures and a free Find My Fit page for your store. Approved dealers receive the 6-Pack offer and pricing from their rep.
Do you offer terms?
Yes. Approved dealer accounts can pay by credit card or on Net 15-day terms (invoice due 15 days from the ship date).
Where do I see my dealer cost?
Dealer cost is never shown on public pages. Once your application is approved you get a login to the dealer portal, which shows your cost and lets you place orders online.

Yes. The install video on this page and the technician guide at thervfuelvault.com/for-technicians walk through the 5-step install. Most installs take 8–15 minutes.
Where is it made?
The RV Fuel Vault is made in the USA. Doors are assembled and packed in Sarasota, Florida, by adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at The Haven, a Sarasota nonprofit that has served people with unique abilities since 1954.
How do I become a dealer?
