Which motorhomes does it fit?

Class A gas coaches on the Ford F53 or Workhorse chassis and Class C coaches on the Ford E-350/E-450 use the Large door. Super C coaches on the Ford F-550/F-600 or Ram 5500 use the Small door (single, or a keyed-alike 2-pack for dual tanks). Mercedes Sprinter van coaches are not compatible. Use Find My Fit to confirm your exact year, make and model.

Should I install it before winter storage?

Yes, ideally. It bolts on in 8–15 minutes with basic hand tools, so a full tank stays full and clean through the storage season — and it stays protected at every overnight stop when you head south for the winter.
