What RV Owners Say About Working With Us

I had an extraordinary experience with Scott at TheRVFuelVault.com. For some unknown reason, my 2027 Grand Design Lineage 31 ZW was assembled with the fuel fills protruding out farther than normal. This caused the fuel vault door to hit the diesel fuel cap no matter how it was turned, preventing the door from locking. As soon as I reported this to Scott, he went to work on a solution. Within one week, he had designed and manufactured a ¼ inch spacer to go under the original vault unit which perfectly resolved the entire issue. I have based my entire business career on exceeding customer expectations, which is a rare occurrence now days. Scott, without hesitation, has done that for me. Also the special security screws and included driver bit is a great feature! Thank you Scott and TheRVFuelVault.com. Love the look and security of this product.

We had a great experience with Scott at RV Fuel Vault. We received 3 doors for our Grand Design Lineage, but the order was missing the security Torx bit. I connected Scott and he immediately shipped 2 of them inside a mug. It was a nice (thought not necessary) way to correct the situation. Oh ... and he was communicating with me on a Sunday! The locking doors fit perfectly, and look great on our new RV!

While searching for a locking gas cap for my Jayco Precept 34G I can across this. I immediately ordered it. Scott even called me to assure me that the order was received and that they were fine tuning the molds. I installed it with no trouble at all. It is exactly what I was looking for. Looks good, installs easily and secures the gas. Thanks for a great product.

Some of the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced. When I placed the wrong order I was helped by the owner himself and he helped me place a new order for the correct part. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a fuel vault.

Scott Lubore was very helpful and Made sure the product fit my motorhome.

A friend of ours sent us the information and we purchased the RV Fuel Vault in the very first offering, because it was a great idea and we understood the importance of securing our fuel from possible theft or tampering. Installing the RV Fuel Vault cover was a simple process, no drilling or modifications needed, used a screw gun to install in approximately 8-10 minutes from removing it from the shipping box to finished installation including testing the locking mechanism for any problems. I didn’t want have an issue by possibly damaging the seal or losing my existing functionally for gas cap attachment so I installed the RV Vault right on top of original. Unless you were told, you would never know, as it looks just like it's original to the RV and operates perfectly. I was very pleased the unique screw bit was included but would have liked to have had an extra screw as I dropped one on a black rubber mulch surface and was lucky enough to find it! The special bit has been placed in a bag and labeled in the event I ever need to use it again. I highly recommend the RV Fuel Vault as it is a quality product that delivers exactly what it promises! It is very well-built, feels very durable and looks great!! In addition to an excellent product I want to mention the customer service was outstanding as Scott responded to all my questions and concerns I had including installation.” Thanks so much for creating such a great product!!!!
