Fitment Data License
Distributors can download our fitment spreadsheet (Part # · Year · Make · Model · Floor plan) to load into your catalog. Because this data is proprietary, we ask an authorized representative to sign the short license below first — agreeing not to share, resell, or repurpose the data.
What the spreadsheet looks like
Here is a small sample of the data you’ll receive after signing. The full file is a standard spreadsheet (CSV, opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets) with these exact columns:

1. What You Are Receiving
AMI Transportation, LLC dba The RV Fuel Vault is providing you a fitment data file (a spreadsheet listing part numbers matched to RV year, make, model, and floor plan) solely so you can catalog, merchandise, and sell genuine RV Fuel Vault products to your own customers.
2. Ownership
The fitment database — the original selection, coordination, structure, and mapping of parts to RV chassis, models, and floor plans — is the proprietary property of AMI Transportation, LLC dba The RV Fuel Vault. You receive a limited license to use the file; no ownership of the data is transferred to you.
3. Permitted Use
You may load this data into your internal catalog and e-commerce systems and display fitment results to your customers in connection with selling genuine RV Fuel Vault products. That is the only permitted use.
4. No Sharing or Redistribution
You will not share, publish, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute this data file (in whole or in part) to any third party, and you will not post it publicly or make it available for download outside your organization.
5. No Other Purposes
You will not use the data to build, train, or assist any competing product, hardware line, fitment lookup, or catalog, and you will not use it for any purpose other than selling genuine products of AMI Transportation, LLC dba The RV Fuel Vault.
6. Accuracy & Updates
The data is provided "as is." Fitment can change as new RV models are released; you are responsible for using the current file. AMI Transportation, LLC dba The RV Fuel Vault may issue updated files and may ask you to replace prior versions.
7. Confidentiality
You will treat the data file as confidential business information of AMI Transportation, LLC dba The RV Fuel Vault and protect it with at least the same care you use for your own confidential data.
8. Termination
AMI Transportation, LLC dba The RV Fuel Vault may revoke this license at any time. On revocation, or if you stop carrying RV Fuel Vault products, you will stop using the data and delete the file from your systems on request.
