2016–2027 Jayco Precept Prestige Locking Fuel Door

A friend of ours sent us the information and we purchased the RV Fuel Vault in the very first offering, because it was a great idea and we understood the importance of securing our fuel from possible theft or tampering. Installing the RV Fuel Vault cover was a simple process, no drilling or modifications needed, used a screw gun to install in approximately 8-10 minutes from removing it from the shipping box to finished installation including testing the locking mechanism for any problems. I didn’t want have an issue by possibly damaging the seal or losing my existing functionally for gas cap attachment so I installed the RV Vault right on top of original. Unless you were told, you would never know, as it looks just like it's original to the RV and operates perfectly. I was very pleased the unique screw bit was included but would have liked to have had an extra screw as I dropped one on a black rubber mulch surface and was lucky enough to find it! The special bit has been placed in a bag and labeled in the event I ever need to use it again. I highly recommend the RV Fuel Vault as it is a quality product that delivers exactly what it promises! It is very well-built, feels very durable and looks great!! Scott even called me to assure me that the order was received and that they were fine tuning the molds. I installed it with no trouble at all. It is exactly what I was looking for.
